Relax over an outdoor lunch, tea or dinner on the Crayonhouse terrace

Nowadays, there are many restaurants and cafés with outdoor terraces across Tokyo, but still much less than in Western (and other Asian) countries.

Very few beer gardens here have potted plants or trees and most are on the tops of buildings, which means they don’t offer much shade or respite from the blazing sun. The food at these annual outdoor events can be mediocre and the beer actually rather expensive.

A nice oasis in central Tokyo is the terrace of Crayonhouse, located on a quiet side street in Omotesando.

Here you can enjoy tasty organic food, snacks, beer, wine and other beverages for lunch and dinner or relax with coffee, tea and home-made organic cakes. Combine this with some healthy organic food shopping and perusing many of the all-natural, non-food products available on several floors.
